Yes, our professional cleaning team comes fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, with a small fee. However, we can use your cleaning supplies and equipment as well as some like their supplies designated to one home.

 We usually have a 2-person minimum for the first visit so we can be sure you can meet the main person always coming into your home. With that being said, we do try to keep you with the same person cleaning all the time as we want you to always remain comfortable in your home.

For the first time we do recommend you being home so we can get to know you and you also get to know who is coming into your home. We also encourage being home as while we are cleaning if we have questions, you are there to answer them and help us if we miss anything as we do have you go through and double check our work.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees, we do understand sickness can happen in the same day we need a minimum of 2-hour notice for cancelling, one hour or less will have a cancellation fee of a 1 hour minimum per cleaner that was supposed to arrive.

Yes, Master Cleaning & Lawn Care is fully insured, giving you peace of mind when you choose our services.

We offer weekly, monthly, or quarterly, whichever works out for the customer we understand times are hard so we make work with their budgets.

Yes, we offer recurring, multiple service, and referral discounts.

No, we do all of this to clean, we offer making beds, washing and folding clothes as long as we are told about it when we do the estimate, and we also wash dishes we will put them away if requested.

Yes, We do service Airbnb with both House Cleaning & Lawn Care and some general maintenance inside and out.

We can send invoice by Email or Text messages, or you can use our client portal on our Website to take care of payment.

You have the options of plow or snow blowing/ Shoveling

We are able to pick up appliances, metal, electronics, mattress & Box Springs and exercise equipment. We even have it where we even donate items to save them from the landfill. We can pick up bags of garbage that could be left over from a party. We can do garage clean outs.
